The Corinthian is located on the first floor and mezzanine levels of this historic building. The upper six floors are distinctive condominium loft spaces known as the Franklin Lofts.

A ten percent discount will be afforded to not-for-profit organizations holding a Federal 501(c)(3) certificate. This will apply all days except Saturdays when no discount will be offered.

- 6 hour function time
- 3 hour set up time immediately preceding function
- 1 hour load out time immediately following function
- Daytime functions must be completely loaded out by 3:00 PM
